If enabled by the System Administrator, a Confirmation Report
will be printed at the machine to confirm that the fax has been
scanned and filed successfully or if not, the report will also
display any errors that may have occurred.
¾ Using the numeric keypad,
enter the fax number.
¾ Select [Start].
The fax job enters the fax
queue.
¾ Remove the documents.
