Output Format
Select this tab to enter additional programming for the
following:
Reply to
Used to enter a reply to e-mail address or to search a
configured address book.
NOTE: This feature can also be accessed from the Reply to
button on the From details screen.
Quick Pathway
¾ Select [Features] on
the control panel.
¾ Select [E-mail].
¾ Select [Output
Format].
¾ Select [Reply to].
¾ Enter the e-mail address
using the keypad on the
touch screen.
¾ Select [Enter].
