No sound or image

• Make sure that your television is set to HDMI mode or that the HDMI port is

selected.

• Make sure that the cables are correctly connected and that the HDMI cables are

correctly inserted into the HDMI ports.

• Make sure that the HDMI cables are in good condition.

No sound

• Make sure that the TV input is not on DVI.
• Make sure that the HDMI cable meets the 1.1 standard.
• Press the /

SELECT

button once or several times to select a port.

The remote control is not working (model KD 3554 only)

• Replace the battery with the same type of battery (CR2032).
• Make sure that there is no object, animal or anything else in front of your device.

The port selection using the /SELECT button is not working.

• Unplug the adaptor, then plug it in again and turn it on.
