Preparation
" Pull up the lock lever to unlock
the buckle.
# Turn the buckle counterclockwise
to open the front lid.
Caution
• Be sure not to damage the front
lid.
$ Check the main casing for
scratches and cracks.
% Check the O-ring.
• Check the O-ring for foreign
matter, nicks, cracks, etc.
Caution
• Be sure to remove any foreign
matter from the O-ring.
• Never use the O-ring in case of
nicks and cracks.
• Improper handling of the O-ring
may cause water leaks.
& Leaving the marine case empty, turn the buckle clockwise to close
the front lid.
• Be sure to push down the lock lever to lock the buckle.
• Do not insert the camera in this step.
• Check that there is no foreign matter (dirt, hair, etc.) caught in the front
lid when closing.
' Submerge the marine case under water.
Submerge the marine case into a bathtub or a container filled with fresh
water and check that there are no water leaks.
