• Water does not empty from
machine

• The washing machine is not
correctly levelled.

The transport “anchorage”

has not been removed.

The wash load is not evenly

distributed.

A lot of foam and water when

spinning.

• See causes for 1.

The tap is turned off.

The programme selector is

incorrectly connected.

• The appliance is not plugged
in.
• The general switch is
disconnected.

There is no electricity.

The fuses in the electric

installation are damaged or
blown.

The door is open.

• Plug it in.

• Activate the general switch.

• Check.
• Check.

• Close the door.

• Adjust the feet.

• Remove the transport
support.
• Distribute it evenly.

• Inspect and clean the filter.

• Check.
• Turn on the tap.
• Correctly connect the
programme selector.

• Check the filter.

• Straighten the hose.

3.- The water does not drain

• There are foreign bodies in
the filter.

The outlet hose is bent.

4.- The spin programme does

not work

• The washing machine has
not yet drained the water.

The “Spin exclusion” option is

activated (only on some
models).

• Wait a few minutes for the
washing machine to drain.
• Deactivate the “Spin
exclusion” option.

5.- Strong vibrations during

spin cycle

The wash load is not evenly

distributed within the drum.

• Distribute the wash load
evenly in the drum.

6.- The high-speed spin does

not work

• Contact technical service.

7.- Display will show error

nº 0, 1, 5, 7, 8, 9.

• Check that water inlet tap is
open.

8.- Display will show error nº 2

• Machine does not fill with
water

• Check that outlet is not
clogged
• Check for kinks in outlet tube.

9.- Display will show error nº 3

• Too much water in machine.

• Shut off water tap.
• Contact technical service

10.- Display will show error
