• Only connect this unit to alternating current and check that the mains supply voltage corresponds to that

indicated on the unit.

• Never immerse this unit in water or other liquids.
• Do not put this unit down where it could fall into water or other liquids.
• Do not try to pull any electrical appliance out when it has fallen into water – disconnect the plug from the

power socket immediately.

• Always switch off the unit before putting it down.
• After use always switch the unit off and remove the plug from the power supply socket. Do not pull on the

wire to remove the plug from the power supply socket.

• Do not pull the plug out of the power supply socket when your hands are wet.
• When using the appliance make sure the air intake and exhaust grilles are never obstructed. This unit is fitted

with a device to guard against overheating that switches it off immediately when the temperature gets too
high. Should this happen, move the switch to the 0 position and leave it to cool for 5 minutes.

• Always allow the unit to cool before putting it away and never wrap the cord around the unit.
• Check that the cord has not been damaged from time to time.
• Do not use your unit if it is not working properly, if it has fallen or if the cord is damaged. Do not try to repair

this electrical unit yourself, rather contact an authorized technician.

• The elements used to pack the unit (plastic bags, cardboard box, etc.) must be kept out of reach of children

as they are a potential danger to them.

• This unit must only be used for the purposes for which it is expressly intended. Any other use is to be

considered improper and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused
by improper or erroneous use.

• Do not use hair spray while the unit is running.
• To avoid dangerous overheating, it is advisable to unwind the entire length of the cord.
• Warning - The metal parts overheat if used for too long. Be careful and allow these parts to cool before

touching them.

• Do not remove the appliance from the head while switched on: always set the switch to 0 first.

This hairdryer conforms to the safety regulations regarding electrical appliances.
This hairdryer has a safety cut-out which will operate in case of overheating. The dryer will re-set itself
after being left to cool for a few minutes, but please check air inlet and outlet grills are clear before
continuing to use the dryer.

0 = OFF
C = COOL / warm air
1 = hot air / slow speed
2 = very hot air / fast speed

“ION” FUNCTION

The “ION” function on this product is always on. It produces a flow of negative ions that promotes healthy hair,
has a restorative effect and makes your hair softer and more manageable, with greater volume and sheen.
The negative ions help reduce static electricity and fly-away hair and combat frizziness.

OPERATING TIPS

1. Wash your hair and towel-dry it before using the appliance.
2. Put your hair in rollers in the usual way each time before using the appliance.
3. Put the plug of the appliance into a mains socket.
4. Simply suspend the appliance from the carrying belt (with the 4-position switch and the power cord on

the Ieft).

5. Put the hood on your head. The small air outlet openings in the hood should face the inside.
6. Connect the hood by fitting the elastic hose on the upper side of the blower.
7. Adjust the hood by means of the continuously variable carrying belt so that it hovers freely above your hair

and is not pulled downwards by the weight of the blower.

8. To dry your hair, simply push the switch to position 1 or 2. To make curls hold better, set the switch to

position “C” (Cool) after drying is complete.
