The main window lists all the scan folders defined by XTAccess:
Column Heading Description
Folder • Path: path of the folder to scan.
• Check Box: if selected, this scan folder is considered when
XTAccess starts scanning.
Job Type Type of Job (Copy, Restore, Graph Sequ., Transcode)
Target Target Path (XT FTP or Windows path)
Filter List of file extensions to filter
Src Name Source Name to be added with the restored clip
Delete Option to delete source file
Column Heading Description
Add Folder Adds a new folder to scan (see below for details).
Remove Removes a selected scan folder item.
Edit Edits a selected scan folder item (see below for details).
START/STOP Starts/Stops the scanning process. Only the selected folders
(checkbox) will be scanned by XTAccess.
CLOSE Closes the Scan Folder window
