Thank you for purchasing the MANHATTAN ® USB to Parallel Printer Converter,
Model 317405 (3 m) or 317474 (1.8 m). To view a datasheet with a full list of

Installation
1. Plug the Type A connector on the converter into
a USB port on the PC. The operating system will
automatically detect the converter and install the
driver(s). NOTE: The printer cable installs as a
Virtual USB Printer Port (USB00x).
2. Connect the 36-pin male plug on the
converter to the printer cable.
• Plug and Play — No separate driver is
required
• Bus powered — No external power supply is required
• Provides a transfer rate up to 1.2 Mbps with overcurrent protection

Installation
1. Schließen Sie den Standard-A-Stecker des Konverters
an einen USB-Port des PCs an. Das Betriebssystem
erkennt den Konverter und installiert den Treiber
automatisch. HINWEIS: Das Druckerkabel wird als Virtueller
USB-Druckeranschluss (USB00x) installiert.
2. Schließen den 36-pol. Stecker des
Konverters an das Druckerkabel an.
