California Approved Low VOC General Press Wash
Description: A low VOC press wash to be used on all types of web press equipment. HC 10
contains a mixture of solvents and surfactants that provide excellent cleaning of
blankets and rollers. HC 10 can be used on automatic blanket wash systems. This
wash is designed to provide a low VOC alternative to conventional press washes. HC
10 is emulsifiable with water to help with the removal of paper fiber and coating
from blankets.
Directions for Use: ROLLER WASH: Apply to a dampened rag or cloth and wipe across entire blanket to
remove ink and paper contamination. Follow-up with a water dampened rag or
cloth. (Water rinse)
BLANKET WASH:
Apply HC 10 to rollers until they are free of ink. Rinse rollers with
water to remove oily residue. For faster drying add water at approximately 25% by
volume
