Announcement
The telephone is preset with a greeting that
answers calls with, “ Hello. Please leave a
message after the tone.” You can use this preset
announcement, or replace it with your own .
Record your own announcement
You can record an announcement up to 90 seconds,
but any announcement shorter than two seconds will
not be recorded.
To record an announcement with a handset:
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Answering sys, then press SELECT.
Press SELECT again to select Announcement.
Press SELECT again to select Record annc.
The system announces, “Record after the tone.
Press 5 when you are done.” After the tone,
speak towards the microphone.
