4- Installing the movable and fixed Ceiling Frame frames.

The projector lift comes with a movable ceiling frame. This frame is attached to the
bottom tray by four threaded rods that can be adjusted by cutting the rods to the desired
height (Fig. 3).

Depending on installation requirements, the provided movable ceiling frame may be
covered with the original panel or another panel to match the existing ceiling (Fig. 4); or
it may be removed entirely and replaced with a custom panel.

Follow (Fig. 5) to do the cut out and installation of the fixed ceiling frame (Fig. 6) using
the supplied hardware.

5- Projector Lift Alignment:

The limit switches on the motor are intentionally disabled. The design of this lift is
engineered to account for the cables stretching over the time that it is in service.
Adjusting the presentation and built-in position of the lift, and any other adjustment,
must be made only with the use the mechanical limit switches. These switches are
adjusted by using the “U” and “D” knobs (Fig. 8). Follow these instructions exactly as
directed and the lift will permanently maintain its height adjustment when set.

- Adjusting the Down limit (projection height).

Lower the lift about 8 in. Using UP-Down switches on the electrical box. (Fig. 7)
Rotate the D-knob clockwise, the projection height will decrease.
Rotate the D-knob counterclockwise, the projection height will increase.

- Adjusting the UP limit (built- in height).

Lower the lift about 8 in. Using UP-Down switches on the electrical box. (Fig. 7)
Rotate the U-Knob clockwise, the built-in height will increase.
Rotate the U-Knob counterclockwise, the built-in height will decrease.
