Important environmental information about this product

This symbol on the device or the package indicates that disposal of the device after its lifecycle
could harm the environment. Do not dispose of the unit (or batteries) as unsorted municipal
waste; it should be taken to a specialized company for recycling. This device should be
returned to your distributor or to a local recycling service. Respect the local environmental
rules.
If in doubt, contact your local waste disposal authorities.

If the device was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer.

Safety Instructions

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Do not crimp the power cord and protect it against damage. Keep power cables away
from heat, oil and sharp edges.
Warning: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any hazard.
Do not use the device when damage to housing or cables is noticed. Do not attempt to
service the device yourself but contact an authorised dealer.
Make sure that the available mains voltage matches the required power supply voltage
stated in the specifications of this manual.

Never aim the nozzle at people or animals. The liquid leaves the nozzle under high

pressure and can cause serious injury. Avoid accidental spraying: never carry the device
around with your finger on the trigger.
The ejected liquid could be hazardous due to its chemical nature. In case of injury,
immediately seek medical care and inform the staff of the liquid’s characteristics.

Only use in well ventilated working areas to avoid explosion hazard. You must not use
the device in work places covered by Ex-protection regulations.
Only spray coating materials with a flash point

of 21 °C/70 °F (for UK: 32 °C/90 °F) or

higher. In Germany, these are coating materials of hazard classes A II and A III. Refer to
the information on the container.
Do not spray at or near (extreme) heat sources such as open fires, cigarettes, sparks,
hot surfaces…
Never spray unknown liquids. Observe the manufacturer’s warnings on the packaging or
the included instructions.

Keep this device away from rain, moisture, splashing and dripping liquids. Never put
objects filled with liquids on top of or close to the device.

Before servicing the device, or when the device is idle for a longer period of time,
disconnect the mains power. Handle the power cord by the plug only.

Warning: To avoid personal injury, always wear sufficient protection when spraying
solvents or paint. Protection includes protective ear caps, safety glasses and a suitable
respirator.
Do not use the appliance within range of other persons unless they wear protective
clothing.
