Purchase BK-1922-xx bottom channel track separately.

1. Position bottom channel:
Recessed into the floor or secure on top of floor.

Note: Clearance between door bottom and top of BK-1922-xx
bottom channel track must be 5/8" minimum to 1" maximum.

Position of roller guide unit depends on sliding door application:

Bi-Fold: Install at the bottom of the lead door on center with

the top carrier/guide.

By-Pass: Install at the bottom in the center of door.

2. With door removed from track, install the roller guide unit.

3. Using bottom plate as a template, drill 3/8" clearance hole
1-3/4" deep for adjusting bolt. Drill four 3/32" diameter holes
and secure with #12 x 1-1/4" screws.

4. Place nut on adjusting bolt and then the washer. Screw
adjusting bolt in place.

5. Position bottom of door with adjusting bolt in bottom channel.
Secure top of door to carrier.

Adjustment: Adjust insertion depth of adjusting bolt into bottom
channel so that the rotating bushing contacts the 1922 track
edges when the door is operated. The bottom of the adjusting
bolt should be clear of the bottom inside track surface. Tighten
the nut against the bottom plate to hold the position.
