3. Operation
• Before putting the unit into operation check the
housing, connection cable, control and display el-
ements for any damage.
• For connection to the torsion pendulum check the
operating instructions of U15040.
3.1 Replacing the fuses
• Pull out the mains plug.
• Use a wide standard screwdriver to loosen the
screws on the fuse holder and remove it remove
the socket from the housing.
• Replace the defective fuse while making sure that
the replacement has the correct value (M 1.4 A).
• Insert the fuse holder back into the housing and
tighten the screws.
