If the pump does not dispense soap, remove
the pump and straw.
If the straw is broken or kinked, replace it.
Soak the pump in hot tap water for several
minutes.
Refill bottle: Remove the pump and
straw.
Fill the bottle from above the
counter.
Do not fill the bottle com-
pletely – leave some air space.
Replace pump and straw.
