Installation Considerations
For best results, Hansgrohe recommends that this unit be installed by a licensed, profes-
sional plumber.
Please read over these instructions thoroughly before beginning installation. Make sure
that you have all tools and supplies needed to complete the installation.

This faucet is intended for cold water only.
This faucet requires a 1/" NPT male nipple,
extending 1/" outside the surface of the
finished wall.
Stud supports for the mounting flange must be
installed.
Extreme care should be taken to avoid dam-
age to hidden electrical or plumbing lines
when drilling the screw holes.
Do not use petroleum based plumbers putty. If
desired, seal around the flange with silicone
sealant.

Installation
Wrap the threads on the nipple with Teflon tape.
Install the mounting flange. It should be centered
over the nipple.
Caution: while drilling the screw holes, use
extreme caution not to damage hidden electrical
or plumbing lines.
