Concentration wizard
The concentration wizard guides you through the process of measuring absorbance at different
concentrations and plotting a calibration curve to use the Beer-Lambert law to measure unknown
concentrations with the spectrometer system.
The spectrometer can detect very small changes in concentration. The Absorbance number y-axis ranges
from 0 to 3. The ideal working range is between 0.5 and 2.5

Procedure
1. Set the integration time and smoothing for the reference cuvette. Insert the reference cuvette
into the sampling lamp. Set the integration time so that the peak is at about 85% of maximum.
The Set Automatically button will do this for you unless the signal is too far above or below the
recommended peak value. In that case, you are asked to set it manually.
