Each EntelliGuard breaker is supplied with a Door
Frame that provides the installed device with an
IP40 rating. Optionally an extra cover is available
providing an IP54 rating.
It can be fitted on the panel door in place of the
door flange. It uses the same hole pattern as door
flange and doesn't require any additional holes.
Use the following procedure to install the IP54 cover
on the panel door.
1. Check that the package contains all the parts
listed in Table.
2. Turn the breaker off and discharge the closing
springs by depressing the OFF and ON buttons in
the sequence OFF-ON-OFF.
Verify that the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows OFF
on a green background and that the charge indicator
shows DISCHARGE on a white background.
3. Open the panel door. Remove the door flange
from the door by removing the screws from inside
of the door.
4. Assemble the IP54 cover assembly on the door
with screws and washers as shown in picture.
5. 12 screws are required to assemble the IP54
cover for a drawout type of breaker.
6. 10 screws are required to assemble the IP54
cover for a fixed type of breaker.
7. Fixed type of IP54 cover needs an additional
bracket assembly as shown in the Fig.4.
8. For opening the cover, rotate the latch in anti-
clock wise direction
9. For locking the door, rotate the latch in clock-
wise direction.
Jeder Leistungsschalter wird mit einem Türrahmen
für Schutzart IP40 ausgeliefert. Eine separat
lieferbare IP54-Abdeckung ist für alle
Schaltergrößen verfügbar. Sie kann auf der
Schranktür an die Stelle der Türrahmen angebaut
werden. Sie verwendet die gleichen Löcher wie die
Türrahmen und erfordert keine zusätzlichen Löcher.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um die IP54 Abdeckung auf
der Schranktür zu installieren.
1. Prüfen Sie, ob der Verpackungsinhalt mit den
Angaben der Tabelle übereinstimmt.
2. Schalten Sie den Leistungsschalter aus und
entspannen Sie die Antriebsfedern durch die
Betätigung der OFF (AUS) und ON (EIN)-Tasten in der
Reihenfolge OFF-ON-OFF (AUS-EIN-AUS).
Überprüfen Sie, dass die Leistungsschalter OFF-ON-
OFF-Anzeige nun einen grünen Hintergrund und die
Antriebsfeder-Anzeige DISCHARGED (ENTSPANNT)
auf einem weißen Hintergrund anzeigt.
3. Öffnen Sie die Schranktür. Entfernen Sie die
Türrahmen von der Tür, indem Sie die Schrauben
aus dem Türinneren entfernen.
4. Setzen Sie die IP54 Abdeckung auf die Tür mit
Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben, wie in Bild
gezeigt.
5. 12 Schrauben sind erforderlich, um die IP54
Abdeckung für einen Einschubtechnik-
Leistungsschalter einzubauen.
6. 10 Schrauben sind erforderlich, um die IP54
Abdeckung für Festeinbau-Leistungsschalter zu
montieren.
7. Festeinbautypen mit IP54 Abdeckungen
benötigen eine zusätzliche Halterung wie sie in der
Abbildung 4 gezeigt wird.
8. Zum Öffnen der IP54 Abdeckung, drehen Sie die
Verriegelungsschraube gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
9. Zum Verriegeln der Tür, drehen Sie die
Verriegelungsschraube im Uhrzeigersinn.

Każdy wyłącznik EntelliGuard jest dostarczany z
ramką do zamocowania na drzwiach rozdzielnicy,
zapewniającą zainstalowanemu wyłącznikowi
stopień ochrony IP40. Opcjonalnie można
zastosować dodatkową osłonę zapewniającą
stopień ochrony IP54.
Osłona może być zamocowana na drzwiach
rozdzielnicy zamiast ramki. Rozmieszczenie
otworów montażowych jest identyczne jak dla
ramki, dodatkowe otwory nie są potrzebne.
Zamocowanie osłony IP54 na drzwiach rozdzielnicy
należy wykonać w sposób opisany poniżej.
1. Sprawdzić, czy opakowanie zawiera wszystkie
elementy podane w Tabeli.
2. Otworzyć wyłącznik i rozbroić (rozluźnić)
sprężyny zamykające wciskając przyciski OFF i ON
w kolejności OFF-ON-OFF.
Sprawdzić, czy wskaźnik OFF-ON wyłącznika
sygnalizuje pozycję OFF(wyłącznik otwarty) na
zielonym tle i czy wskaźnik zazbrojenia wskazuje
DISCHARGE (rozbrojony) na białym tle.
3. Otworzyć drzwi rozdzielnicy. Zdjąć kołnierz
(ramkę) z drzwi poprzez odkręcenie śrub na
wewnętrznej stronie drzwi.
4. Zamocować osłonę IP54 na drzwiach używając
śrub z podkładkami, zgodnie z rysunkiem.
5. Do zamocowania osłony IP54 dla wyłącznika
wysuwnego należy użyć 12 śrub.
6. Do zamocowania osłony IP54 dla wyłącznika
stacjonarnego należy użyć 10 śrub.
7. Osłona IP 54 dla wyłącznika stacjonarnego
wymaga użycia dodatkowego wspornika
przedstawionego na Rys. 4.
8. Aby otworzyć osłonę należy obrócić zamek w
lewo (przeciwnie do ruchu wskazówek zegara).
9. Aby zamknąć osłonę należy obrócić zamek w
prawo (zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara).
