Problem Possible Solution
No Picture 1. Press firmly on the connections to make sure they are
snug.
2. Power down equipment and power back on.
3. Make sure the correct input is being used by looking at
the green indicator lights on the switch.
No Sound 1. Make sure the connections are snug.
2. Check the volume level on your PC and your PC
speakers.
