Filling the water reservoir
Ö Pull off the water reservoir $ as shown in the
illustration.
Ü Remove the cap by turning it as indicated.
á Fill the reservoir with tap water only.
à Replace the cap.
â Re-insert the water reservoir until it snaps into place.
A full water reservoir will last for approx. 20 steam
shots.
Setting the temperature
(only with models C 70 TS, C 100 TS)
By means of the temperature control
Ꭾ
you may
choose a temperature setting from a range between
«min» and «max». Higher temperatures are suitable for
thick hair, lower temperatures for thin hair. When using
the shot of steam, we recommend setting the
temperature control at «max».
Switching on and off
1 To switch on the energy supply push switch

up
to position «1».
2 Wait 3–4 seconds.
3 To start the appliance, push switch
Ꭽ
further up to
the «start» position until you can clearly hear a click.
4 Let the switch slide back to position «1».
5 After approx. 2–3 minutes, the ready indicator Ꭿ
turns dark. The appliance is now ready for use.
After use, always switch off (slide switch
Ꭽ
back to
position «0») and make sure the water reservoir is
empty.
