Windows Time settings
This change is optional but recommended by MJK Automation ApS.

An external firewall must allow outgoing UDP-traffic on port 123

select Control Panel
Select the control panel Date and Time
Click the button Change time zone
Select the time zone (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time
Click the button OK
