• Press the USERS button (3) to turn on the scales and select the user.
• Press the SET button (4) to activate the "mode setting" function, the indication of the height
(expressed in centimetres) starts flashing on the LCD display (1).
• Press the UP (5) or DOWN (2) button to set your height.
• Press the SET button (4) to confirm the value entered and wait for 2 seconds; the weight
scales will be set to 0.0Kg.
• If you wish to change the height, repeating the procedure as illustrated above.

• Step on the scales to switch on the appliance.
