Disconnect the plug after use.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning or maintenance and when the
appliance is not in use.
The massager pillow can be cleaned with a soft slightly damp cloth. It is also possible to use a light detergent.
Keep the massager pillow out of children’s reach in a cool dry place.
PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
These appliances are built with the highest standards. No parts can be repaired by the user. If the appliance
does not work, follow the solutions.
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance makes noise
during use. This is inevitable, but the
appliance is not faulty. It does not affect the duration of the
appliance.
Noise during the massage grows.
Has it been used for too
long without interruption? Turn the appliance off and have it rest
for over an hour.
Irregular right or left movements
of massager pillow mechanism.
It is structural. It is not an alteration.
It does not move or else it stops
during the massage.
The timer switched off the
appliance.
Press the start button again.
Has the rear fastening
screw been removed?
Remove the rear fastening screw.
Is the plug inserted
in the socket? Insert the plug
in the socket.
Is the switch on? Turn the appliance on.
Has the appliance turned
off for excessive weight?
Remove the weight and wait a few
minutes: the product will switch-on
again.
If other situations not included above should occur, pull out the plug, wait a few minutes, put the plug back
in and turn the appliance back on.
Should the appliance keep on having problems, contact the authorised assistance centre.
