Insert the plug into a power outlet and ensure the cord is clear from the
blades, then switch it on.

Please note that for safety reasons the knife can only be used if buttons 2
and 3 are pushed in at the same time (Fig 2), this acts as a safety function.

Please be aware for the best results you should select the correct set of
blades for the correct food type (see part list for details).

Do not apply much force when cutting, allow the knife to do the cutting.

After use, remove the plug from the socket and take the blades out by
pressing the release button 1 (Fig 2).
