Apple waffles
Method
1.
Switch on the waffle maker and allow it to heat up while you make the
waffle mix. The red and green lights will be illuminated.
2.
Melt the butter and allow it too cool slightly.
3.
Whisk 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.
4.
Add the melted butter, sugar, salt, cloves, cinnamon and diced apple.
5.
Mix thoroughly and stir, carefully fold in the flour.
6.
When the green light goes out, it is time to start cooking your waffles.
7.
Put approximately 1 tablespoon of waffle mix onto each plate and close the
lid.
8.
Leave for around 4 minutes. Then open the lid and remove your waffles
using a wooden spatula.
9.
The waffles should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
10.
You may cook the waffles for longer if required.
