CONNECTING AND OPERATING

1) Connect the HDMI output from the source to HDMI Transmitter (TX).
2) Connect two Cat5e/Cat6 cables to the outputs of the transmitter (TX) and inputs of the

Receiver (RX). It is important to maintain the correct connections of the two cables,
1 to 1 and 2 to 2. Note: The cable connections must follow EIA-TIA 568B standards

3) Connect the HDMI output from the Receiver (RX) unit into the display input desired.
4) Connect IR-RX cable into IR-RX input and affix the IR receiver in direct line of sight with

the handheld remote. In most cases, we would suggest placing the IR receiver on the
display bezel. Note: Gently Insert/Extract cables

5) Connect the IR-TX cable into IR-TX connection on the transmitter (TX) and affix the

emitter on the source IR window. Emitter placement is important so test the location of
the IR source control before permanently affixing the emitter on the source.
