1.4 Danger when ignoring the
safety instructions
Ignoring the safety instructions can
cause injuries to people, environmental
pollution, and malfunction of the device.
Ignoring the safety instructions can lead
to loss of the right to all claims.
1.5 Safety at work
It is necessary to consider all
instructions written in the installation
and operation safety regulations, the
current national regulations for
preventing accidents, and the possible
internal work, operation, and safety
regulations of the user.
1.6 Safety instructions for the
user / operator
• Removing the protection of movable
parts during operation is not permitted.
• It is necessary to prevent the contact
of personnel to electric power (details
concerning this are included in e.g. the
VDE regulations and the local electricity
distribution company regulations).
1.7 Safety instructions for
maintenance, supervision,
and installation works
The user must ensure that only
professional personnel, who have
sufficiently acquainted themselves with
the device operation with a detailed
study of the installation and operation
instructions, perform all maintenance
works. By rule, these works can only
be performed when the device is not
operational. The given procedure
written in the installation and operation
instructions should be followed at all
times. Immediately after finishing all
works, it is necessary to reattach all
safety and protective parts and to
ensure their proper operation.
1.8 Modifications and the
manufacture of spare parts
Modifications or changes to the pump
can only be implemented based on an
agreement with the manufacturer. For
safety, only original spare parts or
additional equipment confirmed by the
manufacturer can be used. The use of
any other parts excludes the warranty
for any possible resulting damage.
1.9 Prohibited manners of
operation
Safe operation of the supplied pump is
only guaranteed when the installation
and operation instructions Chapter 4,
'Purpose of use' are followed. Under
no circumstances is it allowed to
exceed the limit of the values written in
the technical details.
2. General
These instructions are for CL type
pumps. The pumps have an attached
motor from a different manufacturer.
Please note that the motor information
may differ from those contained in
these instructions.
