Plug any normal headphones (not included) with a 3.5mm jack plug into the
headphones jack located at the back of the unit. When the headphones are in
use, the speakers are turned off.
CAUTION: Too high volume, especially when using headphones, can
damage your hearing. For this reason, please turn the volume down before
connecting the headphones.
CD OPERATION
Play a CD
1. Press the top of the CD door to open the CD compartment. Carefully place
a disc on the centre spindle with the printed label side facing up.
2. Close the CD door and slide the function selector to the CD position to turn
the unit on. The “Power on” indicator will light up and the LCD display will
show the total number of tracks on the disc.
3. Press the Play/Pause button . The CD will start playing from the first
track.
4. Use the volume control knob to set the sound level.
5. To suspend playing, press the Play/Pause button again. To resume
playing, press Play/Pause once again.
6. To stop playing, press the Stop button .
7. To switch off the unit, slide the function selector to the POWER OFF
position.
F.FWD / REW buttons
1. When the CD is stopped, to play your favourite track directly, locate the
desired track using the F.FWD or REW buttons and press Play/
Pause .
