SPECIAL FEATURES
Low Ambient Controls
A low ambient control has been installed in this unit. The low ambient control
allows the unit to be installed outdoors. Disregard any other references in this
manual that refers to outdoor installation. This unit has a low temperature fan
control switch. This control measures the high pressure of the refrigeration
system. When this pressure drops below the set point on this control, the switch
will open and this will cause the fan motor contactor to open. This control will
close on the pressure rise. You may want to reset this control to meet your
weather conditions.

Manual Bypass
This unit has an adjustable 1/2” water bypass. It can be adjusted in the field.
This feature cuts down the amount of flow of water coming out of the water pump
.

Pump Modification
The standard 3 HP pump has been replaced with two ½ HP circulating pump will
be used in order to maintain low flow rate and provide proper heat exchange.
The ½ HP process pump will be used to pump water from the chiller reservoir. .

The Standard 1140-RPM fan motor has been changed to 1725-RPM fan motor.
