* Be certain all lights and brakes are working properly
BEFORE highway travel.
* Use only a 2-5/16” Ball Hitch to transport unit.

7. Installing the Light and Electric Brake Wiring
Harnesses (continued)
G) Connect the Rear Brake-Away Kit Wire to the end of
the Main Wiring Harness located at the top of the front
Dura-Flex Rear Axle. Extend the harness through the
Header Transport Main Frame and Connect to the Brake
Away Kit mounted on the inside, right side of the A-Frame.
Connect the Brake-Away Cable to the Break-Away Switch
mounted on the top of the gooseneck and attach to the
rear of the towing vehicle.
H) Secure all wires to the outside of the transport to the
Header Transport Main Frame using the small wire clips
and self tapping screws, and plastic bands provided.
