STEP 1:
Mark correct center position for hole as shown
in figure 1. (If you are working within close tol-
erances, mark center position with cross as
indicated at right. These cross lines can be
easily lined up with four markings on outer
surface of die).Then drill 1/8” pilot hole.
Enlarge hole with 7/16” drill so that pull stud
can pass easily though metal. (When pre-
punched knockout plugs are located in desired
position, this step becomes unnecessary).
STEP 2:
Thread the proper adapter screw into the dri-
ver head as shown in Fig. 2. (Caution: Adapter
screw thread is a left hand thread). To identify
the proper adapter screw refer to Fig.3 and
the associated chart on page four. Adapter
screw should be secured to a firm finger tight-
ness.

STEP 3:
Slide proper size die (see chart on page 4)
over adapter screw and insert adapter screw
in predrilled hole as shown in Fig. 4.
