Sensor cap loose, scratched or

Reposition or replace the LDO sensor cap

Verify that both temperature and pressure sensors are
reading correctly

Damaged probe

Verify both blue and red LEDs are illuminated on the
probe. If not, replace the probe or contact a Hach
Technical Representative.

Sample outside of specifications

Verify that the sample concentration, temperature and
pressure are within the range of the LDO101 probe.

iButton number does not match sensor
cap lot number

Replace the iButton or sensor cap or perform a user
calibration

Sensor cap exposed to direct sunlight
