Introduction:
MANUALS GOAL:
To create a better knowledge and understanding of the operation, maintenance, and
repair of MAGNUM VENUS PLASTECH (M.V.P.) equipment. To assist the equipment
operator in all aspects of the equipment operation and maintenance thus allowing for
higher production and better quality.
This manual covers the MKVI Mix Meter base unit and some optional items that may not
be included on your machine. It is important to familiarize yourself with your unit to be
able to properly operate and maintain it.
When performing repair layout parts on a clean towel or surface in the order they were
removed to make it easier to reassemble. Properly clean all parts and replace any
damaged items as necessary. It is important to have a current drawing of the part being
repaired to assist in assembly.

The above outputs are based on 40 cycles a minute. They are theoretical outputs; actual output will be
slightly lower and will depend on several factors.
