Setting Mix Ratios
Megaject catalyst levels can be adjusted by movement of the secondary pump along the ratio
arms connected to the main resin pump.
Safety Note: Before altering mix ratio, ensure that the resin and catalyst recirculation valves
are in the recirculation position. REMOVE air/power supply to the machine. Any guards
removed MUST be replaced before operation.
Procedure
1. Remove end guard
2. Turn handwheels simultaneously until secondary pump is in required position as
indicated on ratio arm. Ensure top and bottom readings are identical.
3. Recirculate machine to ensure pump is correctly primed
4. If required, carry out a timed gel test, injecting approx 200 cc’s of resin into a
cup.
