Cartridge Removal:
1. Remove Trigger Quick Pin and push the
Trigger assembly forward.
2. Use 11/16 Ratchet (or wrench) to remove
Cartridge Housings. Note material rod and
catalyst needle will come up with cartridges.
3. Using 7/16 Ratchet (or wrench) loosen Rod
Seal Housings and remove.
4. Remove the Seat Insert - remove all O-rings
and replace. Lubricate new Seals and O-rings,
reassemble gun.
5. Loosen the Plugs at the bottom of the Gun Head and remove the
Spring and Ball. Clean and inspect the ball and spring. Replace the
O-ring on the Plug body. Reassemble
– Ball, Spring and Plug.
