Catalyst Needle holding the Ball
open Check that the catalyst needle is
moving freely and not being
pressed down by the handle
Catalyst leaking into the
Atomizing Air Tube
No Atomizing Air pressure Make sure the Atomizing Air
pressure is set properly
Make sure the Atomizing Air
hose is not blocked or kinked
Blocked Catalyst Tip Check that the Catalyst Tip is not
plugged or blocked

replace as necessary
Blocked Gun Block Porting Check the catalyst porting in the
gun block for blockage
Leaking or stuck Catalyst Needle See solutions above for –
