Actuating Rod Check and repair Catalyst Rod

Check the Catalyst Ball and
Spring for damage or blockage
Gun Head porting blocked Check and clean gun head

Blocked catalyst hose or fitting Be sure the catalyst hose and
fitting is not block or damaged
Damaged or blocked Catalyst
Injector Repair or replace the catalyst
Injector
Catalyst pump not working
correctly Repair the Catalyst Pump as
necessary for proper operation
Catalyst Pump disconnected
from slave drive Connect the catalyst pump to the
slave drive and set to proper
percentage.
Connect the Slave drive to the
pump
Catalyst Ball valve or relief valve
open on the catalyst manifold Check the ball valve and relief
valve on the catalyst manifold
