Troubleshooting Guide Cont.
During normal operation: Immediately after the power supply is connected, the
machine will illuminate all 3 LED’s momentarily (internal sef-test). No lights should
be on after the self-test completes. Once the ‘start’ button is pressed, the in
progress LED will illuminate. The complete LED will illuminate after a successful service.

Maintenance
1. The side grills may build up residue after extended use. This is normal.
Wipe off using a soft brush.
2. Empty fluid after each use.
What it Means Corrective Action
All three lights flashing:
Improper voltage below
11 VDC or above 18 VDC
or component failure.
Right light on solid.
Low fluid or machine
not level.
Center and Right light on
solid. Service time was
less than 8 minutes
(normal cycle is approx,
14 minutes @ 72 F/22C) or
Low fluid level or Machine
not level.
Center light flashing
Service time exceeded 18
minutes (normal cycle is

Ambient temperature
inside vehicle is lower
that 50F/10C or fluid
temperature is lower than
50F/10C.
Ensure that vehicle is running and A/C is turned on
(if equipped). Disconnect from power & reconnect.
Check vehicles charging system for proper output
and clean terminals.
Drain machine completely and refill. To drain – tilt
forward: fill using new (clean) container.
Ensure that machine is resting on a flat-level
surface. Use positioning level – bubble in the
center – disconnect power cord and reconnect
to reset unit.

Sufficient cleaning solution has been used to
warrant a ‘full’ service. Drain machine completely
to prepare for next service.
Store cleaning solution at room temperature.
Adjust interior vehicle temperature (adjust climate
control to increase temp to 72F/22C). Disconnect
from power and reconnect.
Right light flashing
Ambient temperature
inside vehicle is above
120F/50C.
Adjust interior vehicle temperature. Adjust climate
control (run A/C) to lower temp to 72F/22C.
Center and right lights
flashing High current over
5 amps.
Reset machine. Disconnect from power & reconnect.
Contact customer service if problem persists.
All lights flashing
Component failure or
incorrect input voltage.
Reset machine. Disconnect from power and
reconnect. Contact customer service if
problem persists.
