INSTALLATION AND MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

Read and understand all instructions carefully before attempting to install, operate or service the Radiant Heater.
Failure to comply with instructions could result in personal injury and/or property damage. Retain instructions for
future reference.

CAUTION: Disconnect appliance from electrical supply before attempting to service or install quartz heater. Heater
must be wired by a qualified electrical installer. Check heater rating plate, element and electrical supply for correct
voltage before installation.

PLEASE NOTE: Every precaution is taken in packing, however, rough handling will cause breakage, therefore examine
tubes upon delivery and avoid later arbitration as responsibility for breakage. Any claims for damage or loss in transit
must be filed with the carrier. The heater/element has a (1) one year limited warranty from date of purchase.

Clearances are measured from the radiant surface and/or heater bottom to the nearest combustible surface. It is
essential that the position and angle of the installation avoids any possibility of curtains, draperies or other inflam-
mable materials coming in contact with heater.

Space Heating: Mount bottom of heater 8 feet above grade or floor.

NOTE: Brooders are exempt from above grade or floor requirements, all clearances to combustibles must be maintained.
