Safety Decal’s

Every 90 days (quarterly) inspect all safety labels and tags to
ensure they are on the dock leveler and are easily legible. If any
are missing or require replacement, please call 1-800-643-5424
for replacements.

and insert through the

Close the pin latch to secure
