Problem Cause Solution
The app crashed.
The app requires free
storage space (we
recommend 1 GB or
more) on your iOS
device to store your
recordings.
View the available space on your iOS device, by
opening the Settings app, selecting General on
the left side of the screen, and viewing the
number next to Available on the right side of the
screen. If the amount of space is less than 1 GB,
delete some files or apps from your device and
try again. We recommend backing up your files
and apps first.
