Comments
Creates a separator cell. _COLLAPSED, _EXPANDED, _HIDDEN, and _SHOWN are all
interpreted the same is in a regular AddCell call.
Example
AddCell( "Stuff", "Things" );
# AddSeparator adds a space between the previous and subsequent
cells.
AddSeparator();
AddCell( "More stuff", "More things" );
