The payload match pattern byte ordering is always little‐endian while the data payload
display in the CATC Trace is big‐endian. The CATC Trace is configurable, so you need to
exercise caution in order to specify the matching pattern properly.

5.18 Global
State
and Sequence States
The Main Display area in the center of the Recording Rules window has two cells that
affect events differently, they are the Global State and Sequence State.

In the Global and Sequence State you can add events by clicking on the New Event button
and after the event is in the State you can right‐click to Specify Actions, Move, Copy or
Delete the event. You can view the Properties dialog to make additional changes to the
Global Cell
