DC24V at P1 and P4 on CN2.

Replace connection cord CN9.

Check if FUSE F1 on PC board PS-65A is
blown.

Replace FUSE.

Refer to PC board PS-65A, check if there’s
AC220V at P1 and P2 on CN1.
YES
Replace PC board PS-65A.
NO
Check if there’s AC110V at terminal L12
and L22.
YES
Replace FUSE F3 and F4(3A).
NO
Check if there’s AC110V at terminal L11
and L21.
YES
Replace Line Filter.
NO
Check if input power voltage is normal.
YES
Replace Main Power Switch.
