B.2 Setup Procedure for Windows
Prior to using the recovery tool to backup or restore, a few setup procedures are required.
Step 10: Hardware and BIOS setup (see Section B.2.1)
Step 11: Create partitions (see Section B.2.2)
Step 12: Install operating system, drivers and system applications (see Section B.2.3)
Step 13: Build the recovery partition (see Section B.2.4) or build the auto recovery
partition (see Section B.3)
Step 14: Create factory default image (see Section B.2.5) S te p 0 :

NOTE:
The setup procedures described below are for Microsoft Windows
operating system users. For Linux, most of the setup procedures are
the same except for several steps described in Section B.3.
