2.5 External Peripheral Interface Connectors
The following section describes the external peripheral interface connectors on the bottom
panel of the subsystem.

2.5.1 Serial Port Connectors
The AFL-4 Series-N270 has two COM ports by RJ-45. One of these ports (COM1) is
RS-232 only port. The other COM port (COM3) can be configured as a RS-232, RS-422 or
an RS-485 serial port. See figure Figureٛ 2-6.
