Channel Profile and Status (46)
In this byte, bits 0 to 4 hold the ramp-soak profile number for the loop.
Bits 5 to 7 hold the profile’s status (Ready, Running, Hold, Trigger Wait,
or Out of Tolerance).

Bits 0 to 4 hold the profile number and reference letter:
