To determine what COM port and IRQ is assigned to the modem in Win-
dows 95, click on the Modems icon in Control Panel and click Diagnos-
tics. Click More Info to view the modem properties.

Remember this information. When you install communications software,
you will need to set your modem port location to this same number.
