2. Product description
The RF20M (EXmatic 450) is a pneumatic control
unit for retractable fittings such as EXtract. With
the RF20M (EXmatic 450) it is possible to drive the
retractable fitting from position "maintenance" into
the position "Service" and back again. The reached
positions are acknowledged over pneumatic
feedback. Pneumatic valves are used to control the
rinsing solutions. During the rinsing of the electrode,
pneumatic signals open a rinsing- and a drain valve.
3. Process integration
The RF20M (EXmatic 450) is operating with
compressed air 4-6 bar. The connection with the
retractable fitting, the cleaning- and drain valves is
made by pneumatics tubes which are combined in
a multi-hose.
