Example
OS_HTTP_RESPONSE::cookie_domain($name, $value)
Sets the cookie domain of the cookie specified by $name to the value specified by $value. If it is
not present there is no operation.
Context
This function called in http request context will have no effect.
Usage
Can be used to set the cookie domain.
